The Mental Capacity Act was enacted on 1 March 2010. With this new Act, a new tool now becomes available for professional financial planners to help their clients in managing their clients’ wealth and personal welfare. In this 45 minutes video, Wilfred Ling – who is a Chartered Financial Consultant – share his thoughts on this topic with a group of financial advisers.
