I have noticed a long-term problems for my clients with hotmail accounts. They seem to "lose" their incoming emails without reason. At times I thought it is my email account that got filtered off. But I'll resent from the exact email account and most of the time they will receive it the second retry. However, the failure rate which the hotmail account could not receive emails seem to be rather high. Maybe for every 10 email sent to hotmail, 2 to 3 emails will get "lost" in cyberspace. No such problem exists for Yahoo and Gmail. I think hotmail users should change their service provider.
