" This is according to Business Times "New peg next year for key CPF interest rate" dated 22 Aug 2007.  How can this be? The MSCI World market returns 7.55% during the above quoted period! Either the statistic is wrong or CPF members are gambling with their money. I strongly urge people who are investing (either with cash or CPF) to seek help to ensure they are not gambling.
