The Aggressive Thematic Portfolio aims to outperform the MSCI World Free index on a long-term basis. The portfolio is constructed based on themes which are deemed to give high return on a long term basis and yet having other themes which are defensive in nature. This portfolio uses Relative Return approach. The portfolio consists of mostly in ETFs which has certain concentration to certain selected sectors. Moreover, the portfolio has a modest exposure to a unique asset class call ground rent. Investors should hold the portfolio for at least 10 years. The portfolio will have a significant correlation with the global stock markets because 40% of its asset allocation is in long-only equities.
