For the past 1 month, I've so many insurance sub-standard cases. None are "straightforward" cases. Here are some of the list:

  1. A person with high blood pressure
  2. A person with urinary tract infection
  3. A person with diabetes and deafness
  4. A person with previous case of breast lump
  5. A person who just undergone surgrical removal of a finger
  6. A person with a history of knee pain / depression / chronic cough / gastric problems
  7. A person with a weak limb
  8. A person with high blood pressure (different person as the first one)
  9. A person with previous case of cancer
  10. A person with very low BMI
  11. A person with high blood pressure (different as first and eighth one)

My goodness. It is quite unbelievable. It does not help that many of them like to buy from certain insurers due to good pricing. Unfortunately these insurers are really very slow in their underwriting probably due to large volume of business coming in. Although I have a personal assistant to help me do the follow-up and paper work, still the volume of work is really a lot.
