| German guarantees its bank |

According to HERE, the German government is guaranteeing the private depositors' money in the bank. This comes after Ireland provide the same guarantee. Perhaps it is time for Singapore government to do likewise. Please do not wait for something to happen and later taiji to "3rd parties" later on.
