After my hard disk crashed, I got plenty of time to stop work and think where I am heading. During the last 1 week or so, I have come up with many new ideas. Also I have obtain extra (human) resource to help me moving forward. So it looks like having a disastrous hard disk crash was a good thing :) The first thing was this new look. It marks the new "beginning" so to speak. Secondly, I turn on the "DIY Insurance" portal which can be accessible on the left. This allows people who wish to obtain quotes easily through that link. Moreover, they'll receive product specific advice on it. In the past, I have been relunctant to do this due to lack of resource. Now with additional resources and time for me to put in place a standardised process, this DIY Insurance portal is now possible. Feel free to visit it. I've other new ideas, just that I am unsure whether to execute them or not as I could very well over work!
