Free lunch is here again opps.... I mean Capital Plus from NTUC Income. The single premium endowment is a:

• Two years maturity plan
• Having 2%pa guaranteed in return if held to maturity
• That is a non-participating policy
• Has a early surrender penalty
• Can use Cash & SRS.
• Minimum single premium is $30,000
• Only open to existing NTUC Income policyholders

Similar to previous tranche, I foresee it will be taken up so fast that it is likely the offer period will be close in just 1 working day. This is because, 2%pa guaranteed return / 2 years in this super low interest climate is simply not possible with the bank's fixed deposits. However, the single premium is not a fixed deposit and hence is not guaranteed by Singapore Government.

If anyone wants to buy, just go direct to Income business center with the application form. (Don't approach me to transact either 'cos I cannot affort a heart attack to fight with other customers to submit the cases!!  Haha ) I've sent out the softcopy of the application forms to those on my mailing list already. However, do not request me for the application forms if you did not subscribe to the mailing list because it is likely this Free Lunch would have been close by the time I reply with the softcopy.
