Mr. John Kong, a colleague and a friend passed away last weekend after battling with cancer for two years. Usually upon death, the adviser's renewals and commissions will be gone. It appears to me that our managing director have decided to allow most of the renewal commissions to continue to be given to John's family possibility into perpetuity.
