I saw the front page of Straits Times today, looks horrible seeing the super long queue of people queuing up for the job fair. Where are the jobs? When I was in the ETF conference two days ago, I was told by one delegate that they are massively recruiting lots of lots of IT personnel in Singapore. However, they have problem finding suitable people. Apparently the specialisation required for the jobs don't exist in Singapore. Ironically, they can't find suitable people for the jobs. Isn't this sad where there are employers wanting to hire but there are nobody suitable?
