My colleague shared with me this afternoon that she is trying to resolve a claim issue for a hospialization plan. Apparently it is a shield plan for which the insurer refuse to pay. However, what is extrordinary is that the plan wasn't bought from her but from someone else. It looks like the original agent has ran away. The client approached my colleague for assistance. When I asked her what plan did this client bought from her already - she said only travel insurance (which its commission hardly pay for one cup of coffee). So it looks like she is has to do "national service" despite the original agent taking yearly renewals from the shield plan.
