Will I be charged the moment I speak to you? PDF Print E-mail

There is a common question on whether will I charge fees the moment the client speak to me.

I will charge fees based on actual service rendered. I do not pretend to work for free. I prefer the honest manner of earning a living rather than pretending to work for free but with a hidden agenda. Thus, any work actually done such as fact finding, recommendations and proposals regardless of medium (i.e. email, verbal, face-to-face, etc) is chargeable.

However, many prospecting clients want to meet me first before deciding whether to go ahead with the financial service. If they come to my office to “check me out” and to know more about the service provided and as well as to find out about me in person, they will not be charged a single cent. For such a session, I will indicate clearly in writing that this is a preliminary discussion not considered a formal consultation.

Before coming to my office, please make an appointment.
