In their second attempt to relaunch a globally diversified unit trusts that invests in ETFs, DBSAM’s new Evolution Portfolios is now in “Authorized” status. This is according to MAS’ Opera, a database in which various securities such as CIS and Debenture are lodged for approval. DBSAM has also started its own education program to educate financial advisers on ETFs such as organizing talks through unit trusts provider like Navigator. Last year, DBSAM had wanted to launch its Fast Track portfolios which invests in global ETFs. It did not take off probably due to the poor market sentiment. If the DBSAM’s Evoluion Portfolio takes off, investors have to decide whether is this a worthwide investments. Here are my opinions: Read more (login required, clients only)
