This is for NTUC Income Incomeshield. With effect from 24 Aug 2009, policyholders aged 61 years old and above who submit Upgrade Applications to Advantage & Preferred plans, will be required to undergo a simple health screening at the National Healthcare Group's (NHG) Health for Life Centres. At this moment, this is only for Upgrade Applications & does not apply to New Applications)
