Far from truth, the only death penalty in Singapore is drug trafficking, firearms and murder. There is no death penalty for coprorate shenanigans.  Moreover, what he did not say was that the Monetary Authority of Singapore does not wish to regulate land banking despite it obviously being an investment scheme.
